La 17a Conferenza Annuale EFFL (European Food and Feed Law review) si terrà il 19 e 20 ottobre 2023 in modalità ibrida, sia a Bruxelles in presenza, che online.
Sarà l'occasione per discutere i recenti sviluppi nel campo della legislazione europea sugli alimenti e sui mangimi con i maggiori esperti europei di questa materia. Quest’anno la conferenza si concentrerà sui temi legati al Green Deal: stato dell’arte, conformità alla sostenibilità, quadro giuridico e normativo delle proteine alternative, profili nutrizionali dell’OMS e alimenti ultra trasformati.
Specialisti rinomati della Commissione Europea, dell'industria alimentare, di studi privati e del mondo accademico forniranno approfondimenti esclusivi e conoscenze di alto livello.
