Paola Corte was born in Milan on January 2, 1978.
She is a lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association and is authorized to practice in the Higher Courts.
Paola Corte is an adjunct professor at the Luiss Business School, where she teaches Elements of Food Law as part of the Master in Food and Wine Business (2021).
She is a council member of the European Food Law Association (EFLA), the European association of food law.
She is bilingual (Italian and English), and speaks French
Paola Corte graduated with full marks from the University of Milan and immediately began her legal practice at Studio Legale Corte, immediately concentrating her work in the area of food law. In 2018 she enrolled in the MSU - Institute of Food Laws and Regulations in order to expand her knowledge of international food law.
The lawyer Paola Corte carries out consultancy activities on the production, distribution and administration of food and beverages and related products. In particular, she offers legal advice in relation to the development of new products, with reference to the composition, production techniques, and the communication to consumers; she verifies compliance of the labeling and advertising of food products. The same activity is also carried out in relation to related products, such as toys, food contact material, feed, etc. Paola also advises companies and trade associations on the implementation of the new legislation.
Paola Corte carries out defensive activities in court , both by challenging the regulatory sanctions imposed by the supervisory bodies on food sector operators, and defending defendants in criminal proceedings relating to the production, marketing and administration of food and beverages and other consumer goods.
As a lecturer Paola Corte has held several training courses aimed at food business operators on food labelling and other topics related to food law.

Airplane aerobatic pilot, Paola Corte won the Italian Aerobatic Championship cat. Sportsman in 2001; she was part of the National Aerobatic Team Cat. Advanced; for sporting merits she was recognized by CONI the bronze medal for athletic value in 2004. She collaborated with VFR Aviation magazine writing about aerobatics for years and managed the website voloacrobatico.com up to 2018.
